A Message from the High Key (Volume 871 Issue 14)

Greetings.
Good Tuesday to You. I wouldn’t usually use my platform here at the opening of our newsletter to settle such a petty dispute, as i am about to, but on the other hand, it is in completely in character for me.

In each of the lodges we have delicious coffee available. The transaction that has been in place for hundreds of years is simple: you take a cup, you leave a quarter. When everyone does this, it pays for the coffee. It’s a quarter. Far less than you’d pay at one of those boutique chains, and you won’t be supporting a rival multi-tentacled New World Order. 25¢. Not a nickel. It hasn’t been a nickel in some forty years. Whomever insists on putting nickels in the can needs to stop it.

Also, obviously, we know exactly who it is. We’re giving you the benefit of the doubt.

Well, speaking of grievences, we this week we once again join Barb’s Corner for a look at what’s going on at sleepy Lodge 129. Until next week.

In Fellowship,
High Key (No.00103)
